steps are taken to ensure a good and consistent quality output in
all our production centers.
Combed and Cotton blended
Yarns: Cotton
selection from our own Ginning centers and bale management system
is consistently followed for better quality, this helps us achieve
Uster 5 quality levels with lesser and consistent count C/V and strength
C/V. Contamination Control Systems are used both at blow room levels
as well as auto coners for contamination-controlled yarns. Yarn specifications

Melange Yarn: We ensure
proper matching in minimum possible time frame (within 48 working
hours) with lot sizes varying from 10 kilos to 20000 kilos per lot,
giving customers adequate amount of choice in terms of quantity of
yarn ordered. Consistency is maintained for repeat orders and 100
shades are added each month, to a library of over 6000 existing shades.
Synthetic & Blended Yarns: Use of micro denier fibres and finer
fibres are encouraged even for regular production, which in turn
enables better quality than competition. Several blends of synthetic
and modal yarns are made in this division as per specific requirements
of clientele. Yarn specifications of this division are as follows:
Dyeing Division: Imported cheese winders
for precision winding, German dyes and auxiliaries, radio frequency
drying and winding equipment with splicers and electronic clearers
ensures excellent yarn/cheese dyed packages in several lot sizes
(20,100,200,250,300 and 500). The color matching system offered by
Advance Graphics System, Gretag Macbeth Colour Matching System with
Color iControl Plus 7000A Spectrophotometer, Which has been approved
by world leaders in fashion is used for thorough colour matching,
both in fibre and yarns.
