Supported with a state-of-the-art dye house, matching your shade
is a matter of just 48 hours and over 100 new shades are added
to our library each month.
If this Division has won the unique
distinction of being one of the largest Mélange facilities
in the Country it is entirely due to the unrelenting demands of
our audience... which resulted in a production of close to half
a million kilos a month in Mélange and the deployment of
several lines of start up machinery to manufacture lot sizes from
10 kgs to 20,000 kgs in a single lot.
